Log in to begin verifying for government benefit determinations or other government permissible purposes.
Upon submission, you will receive two emails to the email address you provided. Both emails serve a different purpose. One will contain the details of your credit/refund request case. The other email contains the link you need to upload documentation pertaining to your credit/refund request case.
Once the requested documentation has been uploaded, submitted, and approved, your credit/refund request may take up to 60 days to process. You will receive an email once the credit memo has been completed.
If your request is not approved, you will receive an email letting you know we cannot proceed.
