Password Reset for The Work Number®

In the Secure Account Access log-in window, enter your Username, and click Continue.

If you forgot your password, click “Forgot my Password.” The system will ask you additional account security questions that you must answer in order to receive instructions for resetting your password.

For assistance with retrieving your user name, please click on the “Contact Us Today” button below to send a message to our support team. Your message will be routed to a customer support agent who will follow up with you in a timely manner.

The Work Number® Log-in Troubleshooting

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot your log-in issue:

  1. Confirm Pop-Up Blockers are off
  2. Clear all cookies and cache from your browser
  3. Close all open tabs in your browser for The Work Number®
  4. Do not use a favorites link, and go directly to secure1.verifier.theworknumber.com/verifier3/Account/LogOn in the address bar
  5. Log in, and attempt to request a verification
  6. If still not able to access the website, change secure1 to secure2 in URL
  7. If none of the above steps work on your current browser, please switch to a different browser, and attempt to log in again
