5. Can we receive invoices if we use credit card payment?
If you are a Member Verifier and you are currently being invoiced. If you are a credit card customer (Business class 1 on the web - http://www.theworknumber.com/ProductsServices/Verifiers/index.asp) then you can only print a receipt at the time of purchasing the verification. You will not receive a monthly invoice.

If you are having difficulties getting through the service using your credit card, please log back into the system and try again. The network may have been temporarily unavailable at the time you logged in. If you continue to experience difficulties using your credit card, please contact the Client Service Center at 1-800-996-7566 for further assistance. Representatives are available Monday – Friday, 7am – 8pm CST.

13. I am an online credit card client, what is our monthly transaction activity?
As a credit card client, you are not provided with a monthly transaction report. If you would like to convert to the Member Verifier program, you will receive a monthly invoice that lists your monthly transaction activity. If you remain as a credit card customer (Business class 1 on the web - http://www.theworknumber.com/ProductsServices/Verifiers/index.asp) then you will only be able to print a receipt at the time you order the verification. You will not receive a monthly invoice.
